1. Introduction

Welcome to AriaFlow (https://ariaflow.ai). By accessing or using our AI-powered platform designed for creating and editing viral faceless shorts videos, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms govern your use of the AriaFlow website, tools, and services.

2. Services and Account Eligibility

AriaFlow provides AI-driven tools for video production, including but not limited to script generation, AI voice synthesis, image/visual generation, and automated social media publishing.

To use AriaFlow, you must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the service complies with all local, state, and international laws.

If you use our social media integration features, you acknowledge that AriaFlow uses third-party APIs and you agree to comply with the terms and policies of each destination platform, including:

• YouTube Terms of Service
• TikTok Terms of Service
• Instagram Terms of Use and Meta Platform Terms
• X Terms of Service, X Rules, and applicable X Developer and Automation policies

3. AI Services and Content Disclaimer

AriaFlow utilizes advanced AI models to assist in video creation. You acknowledge that:

• Accuracy: AI-generated scripts, translations, and facts may contain errors. You are solely responsible for fact-checking and reviewing all output before publication.
• Bias: AI models may unintentionally produce biased or sensitive content. User discretion is required.
• Publication Liability: AriaFlow is not liable for account restrictions, reduced distribution, content removal, labeling, or other enforcement imposed by YouTube, TikTok, Instagram/Meta, X, or another destination platform due to the content you publish or your use of AI-generated content or automation tools.

4. Credit System, Subscriptions, and Pricing

AriaFlow operates on a credit-based system:

• Consumption: Credits are deducted based on the specific AI models used (e.g., ElevenLabs consumes more credits than Azure TTS) and the duration/complexity of the task.
• Monthly Credits: Subscription-based credits reset or expire according to your specific plan. Unused monthly credits do not "roll over" unless explicitly stated in your plan details.
• Packaged Credits: Credits purchased via "Top-up" packages do not expire as long as your account remains active.
• Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust credit costs or subscription prices at any time. Changes will apply to the next billing cycle or subsequent package purchases.

5. Social Media Integration and Automation

Our social integrations use the destination platform's official authorization and API processes. AriaFlow does not ask for or receive your social platform password. By connecting an account, you represent that you own the account or have authority to manage and publish to it.

• You must have an active subscription to link and use social media accounts.
• You grant AriaFlow permission to use the OAuth credentials and platform permissions you approve only to provide the account connection and publishing features described in these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
• When you confirm or schedule a publishing task, you expressly instruct AriaFlow to transmit the selected video, text, caption, hashtags, settings, and required disclosure metadata to the selected destination account at the requested time.
• Before confirming a task, you are responsible for reviewing the selected account, destination, media, text or caption, hashtags, timing, privacy settings, and any location or disclosure information that will be published.
• A recurring or scheduled workflow may publish without a new sign-in or confirmation for every item, according to the schedule and settings you approved, until you pause the workflow, cancel the pending task, remove the account connection, revoke platform access, or the authorization expires.
• You are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content, publishing frequency, captions, hashtags, mentions, music, advertising or branded-content disclosures, and AI-generated or synthetic-content disclosures comply with applicable law and the destination platform's rules.
• Publishing may be delayed, rejected, duplicated after an external platform error, or unavailable because of API changes, rate limits, account restrictions, expired or revoked authorization, unsupported formats, moderation, outages, or other events outside AriaFlow's control. AriaFlow does not guarantee acceptance, availability, reach, engagement, or promotion.

Instagram and Meta

Instagram publishing is available only for eligible professional accounts and content supported by Meta's APIs. You authorize AriaFlow to identify the professional account you select, upload media, create and check media containers, and publish approved or scheduled videos and captions to that account. You remain responsible for account eligibility, intellectual-property and music rights, branded-content disclosures, community standards, and any other Instagram or Meta requirements.

You may stop new Instagram publishing by removing the connected account in AriaFlow or revoking AriaFlow in your Meta or Instagram settings. Removing the connection does not delete content already published on Instagram; you must manage existing posts directly on Instagram.

X

You authorize AriaFlow to identify the X account you select, upload media, and create Posts containing the media, text, hashtags, links, and disclosure settings you approve or schedule. AriaFlow will not use the X integration to follow accounts, like Posts, send Direct Messages, or change your profile unless a separate feature clearly requests and receives your express consent.

You must not use AriaFlow to create spam, platform manipulation, deceptive engagement, aggressive bulk activity, unsolicited replies or mentions, or identical or substantially similar Posts across multiple accounts in violation of X rules. You are responsible for reviewing the complete Post and selected account before publishing and for applying any required automated, sponsored, or synthetic-media disclosures.

You may stop new X publishing by removing the connected account in AriaFlow or revoking access in X's Apps and sessions settings. Removing the connection does not delete Posts already published to X; you must manage existing Posts directly on X.

Instagram, Meta, and X are independent third-party services. AriaFlow is not sponsored, endorsed, or operated by those platforms, and their terms, functionality, review decisions, API access, pricing, and availability may change independently of AriaFlow.

6. Content Ownership and Intellectual Property

Your Content: You retain all rights to the original text, images, and data you upload to AriaFlow.

Final Videos: You own the final video files generated by AriaFlow. However, your ownership is subject to:

• The licensing terms of third-party AI providers (e.g., OpenAI, ElevenLabs).
• The non-exclusive license you grant AriaFlow to host and process your content to provide the service.

Usage of Platform: You may not "scrape" our platform, reverse engineer our AI workflows, or attempt to bypass our credit system.

7. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We want you to be satisfied, but we must prevent system abuse:

• 7-Day Window: New subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase.
• Usage Limit: To protect our AI compute costs, refunds are only available if you have consumed fewer than 50 credits in the current billing period.
• One-Time Packages: Individual credit package purchases are non-refundable once any credits from that package have been used.
• Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will retain access to your plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.

8. Data Retention and Storage

AriaFlow is a creation tool, not a long-term storage provider:

• We guarantee storage of your generated videos for 30 days.
• We reserve the right to delete generated files or inactive project data after 60 days of account inactivity or subscription expiration.
• You are responsible for downloading and backing up your final videos to your own devices.

9. Prohibited Uses and Safety

You agree not to use AriaFlow to create content that:

• Impersonation & Deepfakes: Generates highly realistic impersonations of non-consenting individuals or public figures for misleading purposes.
• Hate & Harassment: Promotes violence, discrimination, or targeted bulling.
• Illegal Activities: Promotes scams, fraud, or illegal substances.
• Explicit Content: Contains pornography or highly graphic violence.
• Copyright Theft: Uses copyrighted materials (music, clips) without the legal right to do so.
• Platform Manipulation: Uses automation to create spam, deceptive engagement, unsolicited communications, mass posting, substantially duplicate cross-account content, or other activity prohibited by a connected platform.

Enforcement: Violation of these rules will result in immediate account termination without refund and may be reported to law enforcement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AriaFlow shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, data, or social media account standing resulting from your use of the service. All AI services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the United States.
